Job Details
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (general contractor preferred).4+ years leading data center/mission-critical builds preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering.
Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, and/or CMiC.Proven leadership, financial acumen, and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel and work on active construction sites.
