Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Must speak Spanish*)

Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Attending customers everyday in the store Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Count money as a cashier Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Maintain store clean and Organize Restock store

Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company offers; Base Salary + Commission, Vacation, Holidays and Sick days pay.
