Medical Director

Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical operations and ensure excellence in patient care Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals Ensure regulatory compliance, including Title 36, detox protocols, and involuntary holds Participate in the development and oversight of individualized treatment plans Provide direct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care Participate in phone-based on-call coverage Foster a positive, team-oriented culture grounded in quality and compassion Stay current through CME and professional development opportunities

Qualifications: MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry Active DEA license Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical practice 3+ years of leadership or medical director experience preferred Strong understanding of Title 36, medical detox, and involuntary psychiatric care Exceptional communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills Passion for recovery-focused, trauma-informed care
