Project Manager - Drywall - Las Vegas

Job Description: Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedule, budget, subcontractors, and overall execution. Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Oversee buyout, contracts, change orders, and cost tracking to keep projects financially on track. Coordinate with field teams to ensure work is progressing safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Identify and solve issues early to avoid delays, while driving accountability across the project team. The Successful Applicant Comes from a subcontractor background and understands both the field and office side of projects, bringing a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. Strong communicator who can manage relationships with owners, subs, and internal teams while keeping everyone aligned. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple moving parts without needing hand-holding. Detail-oriented and organized, with solid experience handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and problems need to be solved quickly. Team-oriented but accountable - someone who takes ownership of their projects and drives them through to completion.
