Key responsibilities:
Provide consultative support and advice regarding reimbursement methodologies and policies
Analyze coding practices and reimbursement opportunities to prepare reports and recommendations for leadership
Assist in the development and maintenance of reimbursement schedules and ensure compliance with federal regulations
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required
Experience in reimbursement practices and coding compliance
Proficiency in data applications and reporting tools
Ability to develop educational materials and presentations
