Proactively oversee a complex claim inventory, assessing issues and directing resolutions
Serve as a subject matter expert for the claims team, providing strategic guidance on complex claims issues
Facilitate roundtables and lead calibration exercises to ensure consistency in claims handling
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
California expert with OSIP Certification
Specialization in litigation strategy and resolution
Industry designation(s) preferred
Licenses as required for specific jurisdictions
