Senior Commercial Counsel - Energy Contracts & Negotiations

HF Sinclair in Dallas, Texas seeks an experienced Commercial Counsel to join the Legal Department. This role will own drafting and execution across a broad range of commercial, transactional, and operational matters, working independently with high accountability. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on risk, and help develop contract templates and playbooks. A strong track record in fast-paced environments and Texas bar eligibility are highly valued.
