Strategic Legal Policy Director — LGBTQ+ Rights

The Human Rights Campaign seeks a Director, Legal Policy (or Senior Director, commensurate with experience) to lead the legal policy function and advance LGBTQ+ rights through strategic policy and advocacy initiatives. Based at the HRC headquarters in Washington, DC, this hybrid/in-person role requires in-office work at least three days per week. A J.D. and 8+ years of policy experience are required, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
