Director, Operational Excellence and Integration

Responsibilities: Lead store performance planning and improvement efforts across assigned locations and regions. Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement action plans that drive measurable business results. Partner with store leadership teams to improve accountability, execution, and operational consistency. Support underperforming locations while helping strong-performing stores unlock additional growth potential. Monitor progress against improvement plans and ensure follow-through on key initiatives. Share best practices and successful operating strategies across the organization. Lead onboarding and integration efforts for newly acquired dealership locations. Ensure acquired stores align with company standards, operating procedures, culture, and expectations. Collaborate with Regional Managers, General Managers, department leaders, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. Provide leadership with clear updates regarding performance trends, opportunities, risks, and progress. Promote a culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
