Mechanical Design Manager

Role: Manage mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction, including client coordination and site visits.

Key Responsibilities: Design HVAC, air distribution, hydronic, and control systems Perform heating, cooling, ventilation, and exhaust calculations Use Revit, AutoCAD, Design Master, and Bluebeam Attend client meetings and job-site walks Handle RFIs, submittal reviews, and construction administration Prepare Basis of Design and technical specifications Ensure compliance with applicable building, mechanical, energy, NFPA, and ADA codes Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
