New Graduate Registered Nurse

HealthONE is seeking New Graduate Registered Nurses to join our patient-centered teams across Denver. In this role, you will provide direct bedside care, perform assessments, administer medications, and support care plans under the guidance of experienced RNs and providers. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document accurately in the EMR, and educate patients and families. Provide direct patient care under supervision following established care plans and protocols Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition promptly Administer medications and treatments safely, following hospital policies and procedures Accurately document care, assessments, and interventions in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians, experienced RNs, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions Participate in new graduate residency, training, and competency development programs Adhere to infection prevention, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects Demonstrate compassionate, culturally sensitive communication with patients and colleagues Patient assessment Medication administration IV therapy Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation Vital signs monitoring Wound care Care planning Infection control procedures Basic life support (BLS) Telemetry monitoring Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Colorado RN license or compact state RN license by start date Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within specified timeframe post-hire Completion or enrollment in a nurse residency or new grad program preferred Clinical rotations or capstone in acute care setting preferred
