Senior Associate, Broker-Dealer Operations (Remote)

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Broker Dealer Operations to own and optimize broker-dealer workflows in support of the U.S. equities business. You will reconcile trades and positions with Apex, manage complex incidents, and document controls for audit readiness. You will partner with Product and Engineering to validate new tooling and dashboards, drive operational improvements, and strengthen resilience across regulatory reporting and settlements.
