Job Summary: Manages, plans, coordinates, and performs direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the resident plan of care.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Administers and documents medication, treatment, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and the resident plan of care
  • Routinely performs rounds to verify residents are in a safe and comfortable environment and receiving planned care
  • Supervises, assigns and assists in the nursing activities of the direct care staff.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current registration as an RNStrong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and make sound nursing decisions within scope of practice
  • Possess leadership skills
