Theexpected pay rangefor the Director of Retailis $137,500 to $192,100 a year plus bonus. The pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job. This position will be based in Hilo or on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii. HPM Building Supplyis hiring aDirector of Retailto create and foster an experience that wows our customers. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day operations of retail operations in the state of Hawaii, This role sets the merchandising and visual standard for every store and yard, defines what the customer experience should look like, builds the retail programs that bring people through the door, and holds the standard month after month so it does not fade once the attention moves on. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record, a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of managing a multi-location retail operation.
