Estimating Manager - Commercial HVAC/R | $80K-$100K + Benefits

Job Description: $80K–$100K plus full benefits to own and run the estimating function for a nationalcommercial HVAC/R platform. You'll lead the department, quality-check the team'sestimates before they reach the customer, build the complex high-dollar bidsyourself, and keep turnaround fast so clients get accurate numbers when they need them.
