Municipal Law Student Intern: Litigation and Transactions

The City Attorney's Office in San José offers law student internships across the Litigation and Transactional Divisions, exposing you to a broad range of municipal legal work. Interns assist with litigation stages, draft memoranda and pleadings, and support transactional tasks such as drafting ordinances and contracts. Preference for second or third year law students; up to 32 hours per week; Summer Program runs June 7 to August 6, 2027.
