The Quality Control Auditor, Compliance is responsible for auditing mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The position requires accurately documenting audit findings with clear, professional language, while meeting a daily quota of 18 file reviews and reporting production numbers to management.
Responsibilities: Audit mortgage loan files for compliance with state and federal regulations, including, but not limited to, UDAPP, RESPA, TILA, TRID/QM/ATR, Fair Lending/Regulation B, Dodd/Frank and all other applicable requirements on a State and Federal Level. Accurately record audit findings in quality control software in professional manner, using correct grammar and ensuring wording for all findings are clear and easy to understand. Be open and accepting of feedback and make changes within an acceptable time frame to your work/behavior based on the feedback given. E-mail daily production numbers to management daily. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure work is completed accurately and timely. Meet daily file review quota of 18 files Work with VP Quality Control Compliance to ensure all compliance goals are met. Work with VP Quality Control Compliance to ensure Key Performance Measures are met. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Knowledge and Experience Ability to manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files for compliance reviews Demonstrate consistent attention to detail. Strong verbal & written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word & Excel & other PC applications Remote Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role is between $35,000 - 45,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
