Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Colorado has passed more employer-side law in five years than most states pass in twenty — pay transparency, the POWR Act, the non‑compete overhaul — and the Denver employment litigators who know it cold have more work than their groups can staff. An AmLaw 100 firm with a national labor & employment practice is hiring an employment litigation associate (2–5 years) in Denver. Base salary $210K–$260K depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility. You'd take a real piece of every matter from the position statement through trial — class and collective actions, single-plaintiff cases, and agency charges — with depositions, motions, and arbitrations at your level, and counseling work for HR and executive clients as you grow into it.

Single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, and harassment litigation under Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, and CADA EEOC and Colorado Civil Rights Division charges, position statements, and mediations Employment counseling, compliance under Colorado's pay transparency and POWR Act regimes, and drafting employment and restrictive covenant agreements
