Senior Corporate Paralegal: Governance & Board Support

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to provide governance-centric support to the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. You will handle Board and Committee administration, shareholder matters, insider trading compliance, and Annual Meeting coordination, working with Legal-Corporate, Finance, Investor Relations, and HR teams. Location is Tampa, FL with a plan to start remotely and move to in-office full-time. Some travel to Newport News, VA may be required.
