HR Data Intelligence Analyst — Systemwide Insights

Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst to design and develop system-level workforce intelligence. The role focuses on advancing how workforce data is structured, analyzed, and presented to inform leadership decisions across the Fed system. The position requires extensive HR data experience, proficiency with Tableau and Power BI, and experience with Workday reporting. The role is onsite at multiple locations within the Federal Reserve system.
