Cyber Privacy and Data Innovation Litigation Associate

Duties: Engage in complex civil litigation and manage all aspects of discovery. Prepare for depositions and hearings, draft motions, and mediation statements. Collaborate directly with clients and support the litigation team.

Requirements: 5+ years of complex civil litigation experience. Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research skills. Superb writing and oral communication abilities. Membership to the State Bar of California is required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications: Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player attitude. Experience Experience in cyber, data, and privacy litigation is highly valued.
