Regional MDS Coordinator (RN) — Multi-SNF Leader

Confidential Healthcare Organization is seeking a Regional MDS Coordinator (RN) to lead MDS programs across multiple SNFs in the Cincinnati region. The role requires advanced expertise in MDS 3.0, RAI assessments, PDPM and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, analytical, and coaching skills, with 5+ years of MDS/RAI experience and Ohio RN licensure. Travel throughout the region is expected.
