Vice President Asset Management

RESPONSIBILITIES: Managed portfolio performance through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance reporting. Executed asset strategies to maximize value through revenue optimization, refinancing evaluations, and portfolio planning. Partnered with property management teams to develop, review, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans. Oversaw capital projects and asset improvement initiatives, including budget management and stakeholder communication. Managed lender compliance, loan administration, reporting requirements, and real estate tax matters. Conducted property inspections and operational reviews, recommending actions to enhance asset performance. Supported acquisitions, dispositions, and partner relations through due diligence, transaction oversight, and stakeholder communication. The VP of Asset Management will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, portfolio management, financial underwriting, and fund management.
