Key responsibilities:
Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into employee complaints, including interviews and evidence collection
Prepare detailed investigative summaries and reports, maintaining confidentiality and secure records of all activities
Communicate investigation outcomes to involved parties and provide training on employee relations practices and HR policies
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Three years of experience conducting workplace investigations, preferably in a healthcare or academic setting
