In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining production workflow by suppling small components to production lines and managing inventory accuracy using ERP and MES systems.
Shift:
Day Shift (A1) | Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch; Off Fri–Sun)
Key Responsibilities:
Supply small components to production lines using ERP and MES software.
Identify active part numbers per line and coordinate changeovers with line leads.
Verify, maintain, and stage kitting area materials to ensure continuous production.
Keep ring poles filled at the ring pole station and ensure materials are properly shelved.
Process material returns during changeovers, update ERP lot quantities, and perform lot combinations as needed.
Coordinate with the HiLo team for warehouse returns and resolve line-level software errors.
Fabricate boot protectors or cut shipping caps as required.
Complete daily kitting area check sheets and maintain a clean, safe workspace (removing boxes, trash, and pallets).
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and solid prioritization abilities.
Physical Demands: Frequent sitting, bending, reaching, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. TLRRG
