Key responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and support application performance for population health technologies
Maintain data integrity and ensure effective use of clinical technology applications related to value-based care
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on user acceptance testing, workflow redesign, and implementation projects
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with population health platforms and healthcare analytics tools
Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools for data validation and operational support
Experience supporting value-based care programs and care management initiatives
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability concepts and clinical system dependencies
