Market Access Operations Manager

Key responsibilities: Lead payer credentialing, re-credentialing, enrollment, and network participation activities across various payers and Medicaid programs Manage state-specific Medicaid enrollment requirements and federal government documentation within required timelines Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and operational controls related to enrollment and reimbursement operations

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 6 - 7 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement operations or related functions Demonstrated experience managing payer enrollment across commercial and government payers Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives Experience developing and maintaining operational documentation and workflows
