Bilingual Payroll & HR Administrator Dallas, TX Full-Time | Starting at $18.00/HRBuild Your Career in Human Resources! We're looking for an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll & HR Administrator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with Human Resources or Payroll experience who enjoy supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and working in a fast-paced office environment. Schedule Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PMStarting at $18.00 per hour

What We're Looking For: Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience required Experience maintaining employee files and confidential records Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Outlook) Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and reliable transportation required

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll audits
Support new hire onboarding and employee orientations
Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
Process employment forms and assist with benefits administration
Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and HR policies
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR correspondence
Answer phones, greet applicants, and provide front office support
Maintain confidential employee information with accuracy
Assist management with recruiting, employee communications, and administrative projects
Perform additional HR and office administrative duties as assigned
