Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8 AM 4:30 PM Friday, 7:30 AM 4 PM No Weekends No Call Patient Population: 100% Adult Setting: Outpatient Clinic EMR: Epic ️ Patient Volume: 14 patients/day Opportunity Highlights 100% outpatient General Neurology Other Neurologists will be present during the assignment Group includes 12 Physicians + 4 APPs Support staff includes 2 MAs and 2 front-desk staff No weekends and no call Ideal candidate works every week of every month One trip home per month covered by the client A strong candidate available 3 weeks/month may also be considered Important: Botox procedures are not available for locum physicians Availability Full-time availability is required: Monday Thursday: 8 AM 4:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM 4 PM No weekends No call

Requirements: Board Certified Required Active Ohio License Required IMLC or new Ohio license candidates NOT accepted Clean background Required, no exceptions COVID vaccination Required at name clear Must meet the required full-time availability Credentialing: Approximately 90 days Temporary privileges may be requested for providers with a clean file.
