Candidate profile: Approximately 2–5 years’ post qualified experience in a Top 50 AMLAW firm Strong transactional background in private credit, leveraged finance, banking, private equity, corporate M&A, restructuring or special situations Excellent understanding of deal structures and documentation Academic background: Strong Finance, Economics or Engineering Major Strong financial and commercial aptitude, including an understanding of capital structures, leverage, covenants, valuation and downside risk Intellectually sharp, pragmatic and confident communicating with senior investment professionals Candidates from investment managers or other relevant buy-side environments will be considered Candidates must have the right to work in the USA - either as a US Citizen or Green Card holder The client will provide a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
