Direct Life Insurance CarriersInsurance Agencies and BrokeragesDirect Health and Medical Insurance CarriersWorking remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inside Sales Representative for Life & Health will manage account reviews, conduct telephone marketing, and sell insurance products to members while meeting established sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
Sell insurance products to prospective and existing members through telephone calls to upgrade and cross-sell additional products
Review and analyze sales reports to monitor progress towards sales targets and provide input for improvement opportunities
Participate in business retention activities by contacting current members to encourage reinstatement of insurance coverage
Required qualifications:
1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Current Life, Accident, and Health license preferred, with support for obtaining a license for qualified candidates
Experience in insurance sales and/or telemarketing is preferred
Basic PC skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software
