Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure accuracy in billings and accruals, and follow up on aged accounts receivable
Translate customer and contract requirements into billing instructions and support the quote-to-cash process
Assist in building and implementing contracts, ensuring all billing requirements are met and tracked through go-live
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience focused on customer billing and accounts receivable
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday
Strong understanding of billing and quote-to-cash processes in a SaaS environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
Experience managing complex billing requirements, including contract changes and invoice disputes
