Senior Actuary, MSSP Valuation & Financial Insight

Pearl Health is seeking an Actuary to lead MSSP valuation and reserving for our ACO book, owning the model build, closes, and financial reporting. You will translate complex actuarial results into actionable insights for leadership and partner with cross-functional teams. You’ll drive forecasting, CMS reconciliation, and data interpretation with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Customer Success, shaping value-based care outcomes.
