New Mexico Natural Resources Team Lead

Key responsibilities: Manage team operations to enhance efficiency, focusing on staff development and mentoring while ensuring accountability and clear communication of team priorities Lead and consult on complex projects, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards Drive business growth through innovation and strategic client relationship management, while evaluating market conditions for new opportunitiesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field Six years of progressively responsible experience in the natural resources/environmental science field, including four years of management experience Three years of project management experience in natural resources, including budget and scope development Familiarity with environmental laws and regulations relevant to the New Mexico/Four Corners region Previous experience in environmental consulting on natural resources projects
