Pay Details For Home Health RNPay-Per-Visit Model | Annual Earnings Typically $87,000-$100,000 Mileage Reimbursement Schedule for Home Health RN:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm On Call: Mon-Mon 1x a month Benefits for Home Health RN:Medical, Dental, VisionFSA & HSA Options 401(k) with match 6 Paid Holidays + Eligible for 2 floating holidays based on date of hire 15 Days PTO (1-5 years) | 20 Days (5-10 years) | 26 Days (10+ years) Daily Responsibilities for Home Health RN:Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care by developing and implementing care plans, applying nursing theories and techniques, assessing medications for effectiveness, and delivering services such as wound care, medication administration, and new admissions/start of care. Required Qualifications for Home Health RN:Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania 1+ years of clinical experience as an RNExperience with IVs, Wound Care, and Disease Management (diabetes, CHF, liver disease, COPD)Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
