About Us: " below), as head of the Continuing Education Department of the HR Directorate, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and developing the continuing education activities of Météo-France. You will be tasked with: Proposing the major orientations, objectives, methods, and programs for continuing education (training axes, establishment training plan) Organizing and coordinating the activities of the continuing education division Organizing training actions, coordinating, and controlling those done under the aegis of Météo-France Organizing the processing of files concerning continuing education (letters, text elaboration, call for tenders) Contributing to the management (rating, advancement) and evolution (training, orientation) of the division's personnel Participating in HR Directorate meetings Animating the network of training referents and managers The continuing education department is responsible for the engineering of these trainings, which it can take on directly or delegate. It relies in this area on the pedagogical and technical expertise of the Directorate of Teaching and Research. The continuing education department coordinates the evaluation of the trainings provided. Profile Sought A level BAC+5 (master's degree or engineering diploma) is desired as well as confirmed experience in a similar position.
