Of Counsel - Litigation Product Liability

Duties: Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda. Communicate effectively with clients. Supervise associates and collaborate with experts. Assist with fact development and depositions. Help develop case strategy.

Requirements: 8+ years of experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm. Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues. Background in science (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology) required. Experience in products liability litigation. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus. EducationJD from a nationally recognized school.

Certifications: Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application. New York bar admission encouraged. SkillsStrong analytical and writing skills. Attention to detail and good business judgment.
