Account Executive Real Estate Lending

What you'll do: Originate DSCR, bridge, and construction loans nationwide. Build and work a broker referral network. Quote and negotiate terms inside our credit box. Own the borrower relationship from first call to funding. Feed the pipeline in our platform — every file, every note.

What we look for: 2+ years originating or selling business-purpose / investor real estate loans (DSCR, hard money, private credit) — or a demonstrable investor and broker network. Fluency in LTV, DSCR, and draw schedules. Self-directed. This is a production seat, not a salary seat. What you get A direct-lender product you control terms on.
