What you'll do: Source and engage candidates through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databaseLearn what drives people—their goals, motivations, and career directionManage candidates through the full recruiting processBuild long-term relationships and pipelines for future opportunitiesCreate a strong, professional candidate experience from first call to offerWhat success looks like:30+ outbound calls per day10+ candidate conversations daily2–4 candidate intakes per day1–2 candidate submissions per day2–3 placements per month (after ramp-up) We're looking for someone who is: Curious, people-focused, and a strong listenerOrganized, disciplined, and goal-orientedComfortable on the phone and in a fast-paced environmentResilient and able to handle rejectionCoachable and motivated to growIn-office | Monday–FridayBase salary + bonus + incentivesOngoing training, career growth, full benefitsThis is a role for someone who wants to build relationships, develop real skills, and see the direct impact of their work.
