Patient Experience Coordinator Orthodontic Front Desk

Rangewood Orthodontics is seeking a warm, organized Patient Coordinator to join our front office team at locations serving Colorado Springs and Monument. You will greet patients, check in/out, answer phones, schedule, and support insurance verification and data entry in our practice management system. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping families feel informed and comfortable from their first phone call through treatment completion.
