Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a skilled associate with expertise in antitrust litigation and/or merger control to join its team in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and will be part of the 3rd to 7th-year associate class. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic and expanding practice group.
Duties:
Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust and competition matters.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
Collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators on high-stakes disputes.
Participate in trial preparation and strategy development.
Engage in client meetings and provide legal advice on antitrust issues.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admission to the California State Bar.
Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
