Senior Neurodegeneration Clinical Lead: Huntington's Program

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals in Cambridge, MA (hybrid with Maidenhead, UK) seeks Senior Director, Clinical Research – Neurodegeneration to lead clinical development programs, primarily Huntington’s disease, and guide proof-of-concept studies through regulatory interactions. You will work across Regulatory, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations and Research, shape development strategies, oversee trials and deliverables, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
