Compensation: $15.92–$30.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn commissions. Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages (including applicable overtime). When commission earnings exceed hourly wages for the applicable pay period, employees are paid the higher commission amount. Top Performers earn between $800-$2000 weekly
