Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee our service department. This role requires strong leadership to manage service technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a licensed HVAC professional with excellent communication and management skills.

Qualifications: Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a supervisory role Strong HVAC technical knowledge Journeyman or Master HVAC License preferred Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency with service management software Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
