Associate Litigation Attorney

Denver Civil Litigation Defense Firm seeking 0-5 year Litigation Associates.

A bit about us My client is growing and is seeking to hire an associate attorney. Their philosophy is that attorneys learn best through mentorship and hands-on experience. In this role, you will work closely with partners, associates, and support staff in a highly collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to take depositions, attend mediations, evaluate cases, work with experts, draft pleadings, participate in hearings and trials, and interact directly with clients.

Admission to the state bar. Proven background of successful litigation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make well-reasoned legal arguments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong negotiation skills.
