What You'll Do: Installation & Technical Safely and efficiently install, assemble, adjust, and test Acorn stairlift systems in customers’ homes according to company standards. Identify and communicate site conditions or installation challenges to the Operations Team and ensure systems are fully operational before leaving. Customer Service & Documentation Demonstrate stairlift operation to customers, answer questions, and provide a professional experience while representing Acorn Stairlifts with integrity and respect. Accurately complete installation documentation using company-provided mobile devices. Safety & Organization Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Maintain an organized company vehicle and properly manage inventory, tools, and installation materials.
