Resident Overnight Retreat Lead

Primary Responsibilities: · Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment for retreat clients overnight· Serve dinner and help create a warm, welcoming evening atmosphere· Clean and reset the kitchen so it is fully prepared for the morning team· Complete a brief evening check-in and ensure clients are settled· Remain onsite and available during designated overnight hours· Respond appropriately to client needs and follow established safety procedures· Communicate relevant overnight information to the morning team· Protect client privacy and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality· Follow all Soul Reset household, clinical-safety, and emergency protocols This Position May Be a Good Fit for Someone Who· Values a peaceful, intentional, and wellness-oriented living environment· Has daytime flexibility for graduate school, remote work, creative pursuits, retirement, or another compatible commitment· Is comfortable with quiet evenings and independent time· Is emotionally grounded, responsible, observant, and calm under pressure· Genuinely enjoys supporting others while maintaining clear professional boundaries Preferred Qualifications· Experience in behavioral health, social services, hospitality, residential care, wellness, education, or a related setting· Strong judgment and clear communication skills· Ability to respond calmly and follow protocol during an unexpected situation· Current CPR/First Aid and HIPAA certification, or willingness to obtain it· Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality· Successful completion of references, background screening, and any other required pre-employment checks Compensation and Living Arrangement This position includes:· Private furnished room at the Soul Reset retreat· Meals and household utilities· Monthly stipend· A peaceful, supportive living environment· Significant independent time outside of active evening responsibilities· The opportunity to contribute to deeply meaningful healing work This is an employment-based residential arrangement rather than a traditional rental or roommate arrangement. The selected candidate will receive clear written agreements covering compensation, residency, scheduling, confidentiality, household expectations, and the conclusion of employment.
