CMBS Structured Finance Associate - Multi-City

DLA Piper is seeking an associate to join its finance group, focused on CMBS transactions. This position is open to all U.S. offices and involves legal research, writing, and cross-office collaboration with senior lawyers on complex deals. The ideal candidate has a JD with admission to practice in the relevant state and 2+ years of law-firm experience, preferably in commercial real estate finance or structured finance. Hybrid work arrangements are supported.
