Remote Crypto Corporate Attorney - Token Launch Compliance

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking an experienced Corporate/Crypto Attorney for a fully remote engagement with a law firm. The role focuses on advising crypto/digital asset matters, token launches, fundraising, and related regulatory compliance through the end of the year. The ideal attorney will have strong experience in crypto, digital assets, and corporate transactions, with Wyoming bar license preferred. This is a fully remote, 40-hour weekly position starting ASAP.
