Trial Attorney (Nassau County, Long Island) Long Island based plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is seeking a Trial Attorney to join a firm that specializes in representing injured people. Ideal candidate has experience w/ multiple verdicts and significant settlements in cases ranging from construction accidents, motor vehicle and premises cases. Proven Trial Success Must have extensive knowledge in litigating complicated cases. Previous experience preparing and prosecuting cases to conclusion either by trial or settlement. Must also have extensive experience drafting of pleadings, motions, appeals, contracts, discovery documents, expert witness disclosures and correspondence.
